Well, now we know what the OWS Cleveland folks have been up to:
Five men have been arrested on suspicion of trying to use what they thought were explosives to destroy a bridge near Cleveland, Ohio, the FBI said Tuesday morning.
The group on Monday planted what they thought were two C-4-based explosive devices – which they allegedly bought from undercover FBI employees – at the base of a Route 82 bridge that crosses from Brecksville to Sagamore Hills over the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the FBI said in a news conference Tuesday.
Read the whole thing from CNN here.
The article doesn’t say these jokers are connected to OWS, but I will not be shocked if the connection is made very soon.
UPDATE: It looks like OWSers after all:
One of the leaders of the Occupy Cleveland movement, Brandon Baxter, is one of those arrested for today’s terrorist plot to bomb a bridge in Cleveland.
It wasn’t tough to predict OWS involvement. On the other hand, I am less certain about whether traditional media will point out the linkage. Most likely they will gloss over it entirely, or bury it so deep in the coverage that most people don’t notice.
